Product guarantees - Technical assistance
The Products purchased from C.E.B. Sas are covered by the warranty of the individual manufacturers for the relative period indicated and where not expressly indicated, have a warranty that cannot have a duration of less than 24 months from the day of purchase pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24/2002. The above warranty applies to the product that presents a defect of conformity, provided that the same has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided for in the technical documentation attached to the product itself. In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2002, this warranty is reserved only for the private Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity and who has not indicated a VAT number in the order). The above warranty will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness or incorrect application of the product. C.E.B. Sas does not provide any additional warranty on the Products to that provided by the individual Manufacturers. Technical assistance and warranty interventions on the Products are carried out, where applicable, by the individual Manufacturers according to the methods and terms reported in the documentation attached to the Products themselves. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, C.E.B. Sas reserves the right to charge any costs of verification and repair requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if incurred. Any defects must be reported by the Customer by completing and sending the RMA form within and no later than 10 (ten) days of receiving the goods. The Customer will have the right to the replacement or repair of the damaged or non-functioning Product upon return of the same to C.E.B. Sas. The shipping costs for the replacement or repair of the product are borne by the customer. C.E.B. Sas will return the replaced or repaired product at its own expense.
Right of cancellation and withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer (if classified as a "consumer") has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days of receiving the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. The aforementioned right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by registered letter with return receipt to C.E.B. S.A.S. di Boschini Davide e Nicola & C. - Via Andrea Costa, 32/34, - 47923 Rimini (RN) - within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Products. The returned products must be perfectly intact and in their original packaging. The return by the customer must be authorized by C.E.B. Sas, which will issue a return authorization number, which must be affixed to the package (RMA form for right of withdrawal). The Customer must send the goods to C.E.B. S.A.S. di Boschini Davide e Nicola & C. - Via Andrea Costa, 32/34, - 47923 Rimini (RN). Cash on delivery packages will not be accepted under any circumstances. C.E.B. Sas will, as soon as possible and after receiving and checking the integrity of the returned products, refund the sums paid by the customer (as indicated on the invoice, excluding delivery costs). This payment will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer.
The costs of returning the Product to C.E.B. Sas are the responsibility of the customer.
C.E.B. Sas will reject any product in the event that:
1. The product has not been packaged in the original packaging and complete with all accessories, any manuals and/or instructions and anything else originally contained in the packaging;
2. The return costs have not been paid by the customer;
3. The methods and times required by law to exercise the right of withdrawal have not been respected.
In the case of packages that have been placed in storage, for reasons attributable to the customer, the courier will ship the package to the sender after 8 days, charging the sender with expenses (CEB SAS).
In the event that the customer has not given us and/or the courier information for the resolution, he/she will have to pay the shipping costs again, plus the costs incurred by us for the courier to return the ordered goods.
For purchases with collection of the material in store and payment on delivery, the material will be reserved for a maximum of 2 days. After this time, the material will be put back on sale and the order will be cancelled.
Shipping of the order
The purchased Products will be delivered by C.e.b. Sas to the address indicated by the Customer. The customer is required to check, upon receipt, that the packaging is intact without breakages and/or openings, and if necessary it is important to sign the courier's coupon with reservation, indicating the problem and the name and signature of the carrier.
The customer is also required to check the conformity of the product, that it corresponds to the one ordered. In case, after this check, it does not correspond or there are other problems, the customer is required to communicate with C.E.B. Sas and in case exercise the right of withdrawal within and no later than 10 days, as provided for by art. 64 and Segg. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
The shipping processing times are approximately 24/48 working hours for products ready for delivery and barring unforeseen events, orders received before 12:00 will be processed on the same day, barring unforeseen events. C.e.b. Sas will ship only for available goods.
The courier's shipping times are 24/72h unless otherwise indicated as indicated in the choice of shipping in the final phase of the order.
IN THE EVENT OF SHIPPING URGENCY, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU COMMUNICATE YOUR REQUEST IN ADVANCE BY EMAIL AND TELEPHONE.
In the case of packages that have been put into storage, for reasons attributable to the customer, the courier will ship them to the sender after 8 days, charging the sender (CEB SAS) with costs. If the customer has not given us or the courier information for the resolution, in order to have the ordered goods back, he/she will have to pay the shipping costs plus the costs incurred by us for the courier to return them to the office.
