Battery charger for Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, lithium Li-ion and LiFePO4 battery types

Ideal charger for all types of batteries and technologies, it can charge different battery formats individually.

UC2 is powered by a power supply with USB type-A 5V DC 2A output (not included). It is equipped with a microcontroller that manages two independent charging channels, that is, it is possible to charge 1 or 2 Ni-MH, Ni-Cd, Li-ion and LiFePO4 batteries simultaneously. For example, it is possible to charge a Li-ion battery in one housing and a Ni-MH in the other. It is possible to charge only one battery at a time.
Equipped with an LCD display with indication of the type of recharged battery, the charging current, the residual capacity (mAh) of the battery, the voltage and the percentage of remaining charge battery. It also has protection against reverse polarity, short circuit, overload and overheating of the batteries. It is equipped with a timer against overcharging of the batteries to protect them at best.
Also equipped with the detection if the battery has been positioned correctly, if the battery is defective and no longer rechargeable.
Thanks to the automatic ZERO VOLT ACTIVATION function, it is able to reactivate Li-ion batteries equipped with a protection circuit.
3-phase Li-ion / LiFePO4 battery charging method: constant current charging at low intensity (Trickle Charge) until the battery voltage does not exceed 2.8V, then charge at constant current (DC) until the battery reaches 4.2V (Li-ion) / 3.65V (LiFePO4) and then charges at constant voltage (CV) until the battery is fully charged.
Ni-MH / Ni-Cd battery charging method: pulse current charging.
